Recently I've been looking at Povray, pyprocessing, and cfdg (version 3.0) as tools for creating digital images. I have branched two separate blogs where I mainly explore jruby + processing and processing.py

A pattern requiring a size directive

In this design I have made use of the context free size directive to strip out a lot of blank space before the image is rendered.

startshape start

background{b -1}
size {s 50 50 x -66 y -28}

rule start{
 50*{ y 1.1 x .8}{
     25*{ x 3.6 }{
 arm{b 1 sat 1 hue 0}
 arm{b 1 sat 1 hue 0 flip 90}
 }
 }
}

rule arm {
CIRCLE {}
arm {hue .9 b -.01 s .95 r 1.2 x .1}
}
